CANCELLATION POLICY

Once booked with us, we hold the accommodation for you and turn away other potential bookings. Therefore, if you cancel or change your dates, charges will still apply:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival and 100% of the total price if a cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival.
We will happily give refunds or move dates if there is a government lockdown.

We highly recommend taking out comprehensive holiday cancellation and protection insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise.
